Beachwood home prices unchanged in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Beachwood was unchanged while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,000. There were 80 homes sold in Beachwood in the second half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $247,000.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
