University Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in University Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 3.9% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in University Heights in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
