Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $15,708 while total sales increased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 171 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,500 - a 13.7% increase over the $114,792 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
