South Euclid home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in South Euclid rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 331 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 247 homes sold in South Euclid in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
