Lyndhurst home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lyndhurst rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 199 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 3.7% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 167 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,180, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
