East Cleveland home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 30.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,250 - a 65.9% increase over the $11,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in East Cleveland in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 9.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
