Highland Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Highland Heights fell by $8,950 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,250 - a 3.5% decrease over the $254,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Highland Heights in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
