Richmond Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Richmond Heights rose by $6,325 while total sales increased by 51.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $121,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
