Euclid home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Euclid rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 516 homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,500 - a 10.8% increase over the $51,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 379 homes sold in Euclid in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
