Richmond Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Richmond Heights fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,950 - a 0.8% decrease over the $130,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
