South Euclid home prices unchanged in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in South Euclid was unchanged while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 315 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000. There were 331 homes sold in South Euclid in the second half of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $85,000.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
