Highland Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Highland Heights rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $245,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Highland Heights in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
