Pepper Pike home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pepper Pike rose by $89,500 while total sales increased by 38.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $468,000 - a 23.6% increase over the $378,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
