University Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in University Heights rose by $3,910 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,910 - a 2.6% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in University Heights in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
