Richmond Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Richmond Heights rose by $9,050 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 7% increase over the $129,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,994, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
