Hunting Valley home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Hunting Valley rose by $269,500 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,020,000 - a 35.9% increase over the $750,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunting Valley in 2016.
