Highland Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Highland Heights rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 52.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $242,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Highland Heights in 2016.
