Shaker Heights home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Shaker Heights fell by $9,350 while total sales increased by 72%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 683 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,900 - a 5.3% decrease over the $177,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 397 homes sold in Shaker Heights in 2016.
