Beachwood home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Beachwood rose by $15,250 while total sales increased by 57.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $244,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Beachwood in 2016.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for 2017.
