University Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in University Heights rose by $16,036 while total sales increased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 327 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,036 - a 12.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 253 homes sold in University Heights in 2016.
