Euclid home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Euclid rose by $11,450 while total sales increased by 51.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 1,085 homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,000 - a 27.6% increase over the $41,550 median sale price for the previous year. There were 718 homes sold in Euclid in 2016.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for 2017.
