Mayfield home prices unchanged in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Mayfield was unchanged while total sales decreased by 20.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000. There were 49 homes sold in Mayfield in 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $200,000.
