University Heights home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in University Heights rose by $464 while total sales decreased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 325 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 0.3% increase over the $141,036 median sale price for the previous year. There were 327 homes sold in University Heights in 2017.
