Euclid home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Euclid rose by $7,200 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 1,063 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,200 - a 13.6% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,085 homes sold in Euclid in 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.7% of the median home sale price for 2018.
