East Cleveland home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $7,150 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,350 - a 28% decrease over the $25,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in East Cleveland in 2018.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 9.5% of the median home sale price for 2019.
