University Heights home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in University Heights rose by $11,705 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 292 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,205 - a 8.3% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 325 homes sold in University Heights in 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for 2019.
