Cleveland Heights home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Cleveland Heights rose by $6,950 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 925 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $98,050 median sale price for the previous year. There were 962 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in 2018.
