The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Richmond Heights rose by $50,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Beachwood rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 8.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pepper Pike rose by $134,000 while total sales increased by 69.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Euclid rose by $11,900 while total sales decreased by 13.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Lyndhurst rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 10.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in South Euclid rose by $7,700 while total sales increased by 10.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Gates Mills fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 77.8%.
